EXODUS: Bakersfield Show Cancelled

EXODUS' previously announced January 20 concert in Bakersfield, California has been cancelled. No reason was given for the cancellation. The group's North American tour with GOATWHORE, ARSIS and WARBRINGER will now kick off on January 21 at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, California.

EXODUS guitarist Gary Holt was recently interviewed by "Whiplash", a weekly metal show on Belgian national radio Studio Brussel. Listen to the chat in streaming audio at this location.

EXODUS' video for the song "Riot Act" was directed by Jon Schnepp of "Metalocalypse" (on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim) for Schneppzone Inc.. The clip, which made its TV debut last weekend on MTV2's "Headbanger's Ball", can be viewed below (courtesy of Headbanger's Blog). (Note: The video may not be accessible to users outside the U.S.)

"Riot Act" comes off the group's new album, "The Atrocity Exhibition: Exhibit A", which sold 3,600 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. The CD was recorded at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California with producer Andy Sneap (MEGADETH, MACHINE HEAD, NEVERMORE, ARCH ENEMY).
